Your day sail excursion starts just minutes from the St. Thomas cruise ship dock, with a scenic taxi ride to and from our classic sailing boat for a peek at some the island’s most breathtaking views, making the most of your time on St. Thomas. 

Look What's Included in Your St. Thomas Day Sail Away from the Cruise Ship Crowds

Many cruise ship passengers book a day sail just for their group or family which allows them to decide their own time of departure and return, so they can have a special day trip on the water all to themselves.

Our normal full day sail is from 9 am to 4 pm, so you get the most time on the water. Or we can return a bit earlier if  your group prefers to stroll along the waterfront at Charlotte Amalie or search for that  special St. Thomas souvenir. We have Nightwind t-shirts for sale onboard if you’d  rather skip the crowded t-shirt shops on STT! 

We also offer a fresh water deck shower so you can ride back to your ship and/or shop “refreshed”. 

We are licensed to carry up to 18 passengers so we can accommodate most small groups with a private charter.  No need to split up on 2 or 3 small boats or sail on a boat carrying 40 to 100 other passengers. But if you do have a larger group, we will arrange an additional yacht to “tandem” along with us.
